As our lives have changed and adapted over the past few months, the need for student scholarships is greater than ever. We want to encourage students to continue to pursue the arts even when it may be challenging to do so. That’s where you come in. Over the last 30 years, creative minds have converged onto Winthrop University’s campus and emerged ready to take the spotlight, develop imaginative solutions, and become the creative leaders of tomorrow. Many of these students could not have attended Winthrop without the support of scholarships made possible by the generosity of our donors.
How to Attend
Despite the need to socially distance, we recognize the urgency of student need and the impact that additional scholarship funds would have on our students. Assisting our students in need is essential to their success at Winthrop and in their careers.
That’s why this year, we are hosting a virtual Scholarship Gala event. This live-streamed event will be viewable from your computer, laptop, or tablet! Once you complete your registration, a confirmation email will be sent with more details on how to watch the live event. There is no fee to attend and enjoy the talents of our ArtsWinthrop community.
With your help, we can make the 2020 ArtsWinthrop Scholarship Gala a major success by increasing the scholarship assistance available to students. Would you be willing to lend your support as a sponsor of this year’s gala? For more information on the ArtsWinthrop Scholarship Gala or to become an event sponsor, please email email@example.com.
If you would like more information on how to support our students with a donation that will go directly to scholarships for students studying theatre, dance, fine arts, design, or music at Winthrop, please visit our donation page.
