M.A. in Arts Administration: This program prepares individuals interested in contributing to the creative industry as innovative leaders. Through in-depth preparation, these arts leaders learn how to inspire audiences and their organizations, sustain financial support, manage resources, and create innovative strategies that sustain organizations.  Choose from a low-residency (weekend classes) or 100% online program.

Graduate certificate in arts administration: This low-residency (weekend) certificate program is designed for individuals with fundamental, entry-level experience in non-profit arts organizations who seek to begin careers or enhance their effectiveness as arts administration professionals. This certificate is ideal for individuals who want advanced credentials and professional connections without the larger time commitment and academic requirements of a master’s degree. M.F.A. in Studio Art: The M.F.A. program at Winthrop develops and nurtures the artist’s voice. The Department of Fine Arts engages artists who can navigate ideas of the contemporary world. The program demands focused research in traditional, interdisciplinary, or emerging practices in visual and conceptual art. More Information

Master of Music in Conducting: Students may select either the wind instrumental or choral track.

Master of Music in Performance: Degree includes all band and orchestral instruments, piano, organ, voice, and guitar.

Master of Music Education: This graduate program develops effective music educators with courses on curriculum, music technology, teaching methodology, and more.
